EUTHANASIA (CREMATION NOT INCLUDED):
This includes a mobile veterinarian traveling to your home, unrushed house call time, sedation injection to allow them to rest peacefully, and humane euthanasia injection. Remains are left under your care for proper burial. See the home burial page for complete instructions. You will also be given a folder with this information at the time of your appointment.
Pets under 50 lbs: $375
Pets over 50 lbs: $450

EUTHANASIA AND COMMUNAL CREMATION (NO RETURN OF ASHES):
This option includes a mobile veterinarian traveling to your home, unrushed house call time, sedation injection, humane euthanasia, dignified transportation of your pet, and communal cremation. Your pet's ashes will be mixed with the earth to plant trees in Olympia Washington.

Pets > 20 lbs will need the help of the family to carry your loved one to the car (unless arranged with us in advance where we may be able to bring an assistant).
Pets > 60 may need at least 2 people from your household to help or we may need to make special arrangements with crematory or see if we can provide an assistant. Prices average between $750-$800 and it may take about 24 hrs for the crematory to pick up.
Optional with group cremation (choose 1, 2, or all 3): clay paw for $50, ink nose print for $20, Ink paw print for $20+ $35 for shipping

EUTHANASIA AND INDIVIDUAL CREMATION (RETURN OF ASHES):
This option includes a mobile veterinarian traveling to your home, unrushed house call time, sedation injection, humane euthanasia, dignified transportation of your pet, individual cremation, return of ashes in 1 of 4 chosen urns with your pet's etched name, clay paw print, and certificate of death.

QUALITY OF LIFE CONSULT: $ 300

A complete physical exam with thorough evaluation of your pet's condition and quality of life.

Discussion of disease concerns and what to expect as illness progresses

Discussion about potential medications, environmental improvements, and the plan and timing for euthanasia

This visit does not include the dispensing of medications or ongoing management of your pet’s care. If this is needed, veterinary care at a vet hospital or mobile hospice service may be recommended.

We understand if you are not ready to euthanize but if after our visit you decide it is time, we may be able to perform the euthanasia at the same appointment. However, please understand that we may need a separate appointment time for the euthanasia in order to proceed on to helping our other patients.
