🌻Appts available: Monday - Saturday; at 11 am, 1pm, 3pm, and 5 pm though we often add more times as needed to help accommodate you. Sundays we respond and schedule requests for appts for Monday and afterwards. Appts are targeted to be within a 2 hr. window (unpredictable travel time/emergencies). For ex: if you have a 1 pm appt with us, arrival may be between 12:30 to 1:30.

🌷After you request an appt, you'll receive an automated email. Then, within 1 hr. (usually less than 15 minutes during bus. hrs.), we will send you a thorough TEXT and EMAIL with availability, costs, and important information. If we do not respond within 1 hour (during business hrs.), please text us at: 360-524-3328. Due to privacy while helping other families, to keep costs less than other providers, and traveling, we are unable to answer phone calls or frequently monitor voicemails.

PREFERENCE FOR AFTERCARE? Communal/Individual cremation/ Home Burial. ________(Individual Cremation package will be delivered to your home within 7-14 days after appt via signed delivery. Your presence is required for delivery. An email from UPS to you, tends to be sent the day before delivery).

I agree to the following:

NO aggressive dogs over 20 lbs (including fear aggression ie. evasive, unable to pet, hold still and/or give injections, etc.). If any person or pet in the home makes Best Friends Eternal staff feel uncomfortable or unsafe, by their standards, Best Friends Eternal has the right to cancel or discontinue an appointment at any time. If any other pet(s) in the home have ANY potential for aggression or disturbing us during the appointment, they will be secured safely away from our team or services will not be rendered.

If I choose cremation/aftercare for my pet over 20 lbs, there will be at least one person at my home available to help carry my pet to the car unless otherwise arranged and confirmed with us. If my pet is over 60 lbs, there will be at least 2 people at my home to help carry my pet to the car.

I will disclose if anyone in our household is ill with anything potentially contagious, so our team can be prepared. We provide our own masks, gloves, and sanitizer. Thank you.
