🌻Appts available: Monday - Saturday; at 11 am, 1pm, 3pm, 5 pm and if you have an earlier or later time in mind, please let us know so we can try to accommodate you.

Appts are targeted to be within a 2 hr. window (unpredictable travel and appt time). For ex: if you have a 1 pm appt with us, arrival may be between 12:30 to 1:30.

AFTERCARE CHOICE

Communal cremation: Ashes not received back but your beloved pet helps plant trees in Washington and Oregon state parks; a cost efficient and beautiful way to honor your pet.

Individual cremation: Your loved one is individually cremated and their ashes are returned to you in an urn along with their clay paw print. * Your signature will be REQUIRED within approx. 7-14 days when they are delivered to your home. You will receive an email 24-48 hrs. prior to delivery. *

Home burial: You are responsible burial and for following state guidelines on burial; please see our home burial page for detailed information

YOUR IDEAL DATE AND TIME OF APPOINTMENT IS:

In order to schedule an appt. with us, you must agree to the following:

No aggressive or reactive dogs over 20 lbs. If any person or pet causes us to feel uncomfortable or unsafe, in any way, we have the right to not schedule an appt, cancel an appt, or discontinue an appt at any time. ______If any other pet(s) have potential for disturbing us during the appt, they will be secured safely away from us.

If I choose cremation/aftercare for my pet over 20 lbs, there will be at least one person at my home available to help Dr. Cory carry my pet to her car. If my pet is over 50 lbs, there will be at least 2 people available to help carry my pet to the car.

We do not provide aftercare for pets over 150 lbs.

I will disclose if anyone in our household is ill with anything potentially contagious in order for our doctor to take precaution and provide her own gloves, masks, and sanitizer.
